For Tomorrowland Thailand (11 to 13 December 2026 at Wisdom Valley), there is no camping, so every ticket holder needs a place to stay. The best bases are Jomtien and Na Jomtien or central Pattaya, roughly 20 to 30 minutes by road from the site. Book now: December is high season, and about 50,000 festival-goers a day will be looking for rooms in the same area (as of September 2026).
The festival sold out in March, so if you have a ticket, your next job is the stay. Here is how the areas compare, how to book, and how to get to the site each day.

Tomorrowland Thailand 2026: Dates and Venue
The festival runs from Friday 11 to Sunday 13 December 2026 at Wisdom Valley in Chonburi province, a purpose-built site of hills and lakes inland from Pattaya. It is Tomorrowland’s first edition in Asia, after Belgium and Brazil, for 50,000 or more people a day.

Unlike Belgium, there is no DreamVille camping, so all visitors sleep off-site in Pattaya, Jomtien or further afield. December is also dry, warm and busy, with days around 30°C and nights around 22 to 24°C.
Where to Stay for Tomorrowland Thailand: Areas Compared
Choose between being close to the site and being close to everything else. Travel times are rough estimates outside festival traffic; allow much longer on the night.
| Area | To Wisdom Valley | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Na Jomtien | About 20 minutes | Shortest trip, quiet beach, beach clubs |
| Jomtien | About 30 minutes | Good value, long beach, many condos |
| Central Pattaya | About 25 to 30 minutes | Restaurants, nightlife, most choice |
| Pratumnak Hill | About 30 minutes | Quiet, between Pattaya and Jomtien |
| Naklua / Wongamat | Further north, allow 40+ minutes | Calm beach, sea views, recovery days |
| Bangkok | About 2 hours | Only if Pattaya is full |
Our pick: Jomtien or Na Jomtien if the festival is the whole point of the trip; central Pattaya if you also want nightlife and restaurants; Wongamat if you want quiet mornings and do not mind a longer ride. See why Pattaya is famous for what each area is like.
Booking Tips for Festival Week
Festival weekends push prices up fast, and December is already high season. A few rules help:
- Book now, cancel later: choose a flexible or refundable rate while you finalise plans.
- Stay at least 3 nights: Thursday to Monday avoids checking out on a festival morning.
- Check the minimum stay: many hotels and rentals set 3- or 4-night minimums for the weekend.
- Read the house rules: check guest numbers, quiet hours and deposits so nothing surprises your group.
- Confirm transport: ask whether the hotel runs, or is near, festival transport.
Staying as a Group
For friends travelling together, an apartment or condo usually beats several hotel rooms: one booking, shared space to get ready and recover, a kitchen for breakfast and a fridge for water. Split the cost and it often works out cheaper per person.
This is where we at Silqhaus come into the picture. Silqhaus, a Phuket and Pattaya holiday-rental company, has Zire Wongamat, a beachfront condo with sea views on Wongamat Beach, and The Base in Pattaya, each run by our own local team, who answer your messages from the day you book. Booking direct is always at least 10% below Airbnb and Booking.com for the same home and dates.
Budgeting for the Stay
Your ticket is only part of the cost. Plan for these as well:
- Accommodation: the biggest cost; festival-weekend rates in December are well above normal, so compare areas and book a flexible rate early.
- Transport: a return trip to Wisdom Valley on each of the 3 festival days, plus the airport transfer.
- Food and drink: prices inside the festival are higher than in town; a kitchen at your stay saves money on breakfasts.
- Extra nights: one quiet recovery day after Sunday makes the trip far more enjoyable.
Splitting an apartment between friends usually lowers the cost per person the most, and it keeps the group together for the trips to and from the site.
Getting to Wisdom Valley Each Day
The site is inland, away from the beach roads, so plan transport before you arrive. Follow the official festival information for shuttles, especially if your package includes one.
- Arriving: Suvarnabhumi Airport is about 2 hours by road from the Pattaya area; allow longer on the Friday.
- Each day: use official festival transport, a pre-booked driver, or Grab or Bolt on the way in.
- Late at night: tens of thousands of people leave at once, so do not count on finding a ride at the gate.
A Festival Week Plan
Treat it as a week, not a weekend:
- Wednesday or Thursday: arrive, settle in, stock the fridge and rest.
- Friday to Sunday: sleep late, eat a proper meal in the afternoon, head to the site in the late afternoon.
- Monday: recovery day: a ferry to Koh Larn, or the Sanctuary of Truth.
- After: EDC Thailand is the following weekend in Phuket; see our EDC guide.

What to Pack
Pack for heat, long days and a big crowd:
- Your personal ticket linked to your Tomorrowland account, and your passport or ID.
- Comfortable closed shoes, a light rain layer and a hat.
- Sunscreen, electrolytes, insect repellent and a refillable bottle if allowed.
- A power bank, earplugs and a small bag that stays closed in crowds.
- Travel insurance that covers festivals, and a copy of your booking confirmation offline.
Tomorrowland Thailand Tickets
All tickets, around 150,000, sold out within hours on 7 March 2026. If you still need one, use only the official resale or waiting list in your account on the official website; tickets are personal, so ones sold on social media are very likely fake.
