The beginning.
Silqhaus started with a question: why should a five-star experience require a five-star building?
Our roots run deep in Thai real estate and hospitality. Years of working alongside property owners in Pattaya and Phuket showed us a gap on both sides of the market — owners with exceptional properties but no professional operation behind them, and travellers who wanted the space and privacy of a private home without giving up hotel standards.
Silqhaus was built to close that gap.

Silqhaus begins, in Phuket
The company is founded and the first villas come under management. One destination, a handful of homes, and a rule we've kept since: never take on more than we can run properly.
- October 2025
Pattaya opens
Three months in, a second coast — and the first real test of whether our standards travelled. They did.
- December 2025
Licensed by the Tourism Authority
Tourism business licence No. 31/01480, issued 3 December — the paperwork a surprising number of operators here never bother with.

Silqhaus OS goes live
Off-the-shelf property software was never built for the way we work, so we stopped renting it. Every booking, task, and payout has run through our own system since.

Mali starts answering
Our AI guest manager goes live — reading the whole conversation and the property's own facts before every reply, in any language, at any hour.

Our philosophy
A place to stay should be the foundation of the memory, not just the backdrop. Every property in our portfolio is personally inspected and must meet our standards for quality, location, and guest experience. If we wouldn't stay there ourselves, it doesn't carry the Silqhaus name.

We don't manage Thailand from somewhere else — we live here. Hidden beach coves, the restaurants locals actually eat at, the right driver, the right tailor, the right time to visit the temple. Our team helps guests find the Thailand that exists beyond the tourist trail.
