- Send us the enquiry — dates, party size, and any requests — by email, LINE, or WhatsApp. No portal to learn.
- What we do
- We quote, hold the dates, and look after the guest from booking through checkout. You stay copied on everything.
- What you earn
- Commission on every completed stay, at a rate agreed with you before the first referral.
- When you're paid
- One transfer a month, with a statement listing every booking behind it.

- Introduce the owner — an email or a call is enough. We take the meeting from there.
- What we do
- We onboard the villa and run it: pricing, distribution, guests, housekeeping, and monthly reporting.
- What you earn
- 10–12% of the revenue on bookings we bring in through OTAs and agencies, for as long as we manage the home.
- What stays yours
- Direct walk-ins and your traditional TA sales. We take 0% on those — permanently.
