Guests are required to sign a copy of these terms upon check-in with villa management. 🔹 GENERAL CONDITIONS All guests must read and accept the villa rental terms and conditions available on the villa’s website. These terms will be re-confirmed at check-in and signed with the villa management team. ⏰ ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Late check-out fee: USD 300 until 6:00 PM (if available) After 6:00 PM, the full daily rate applies. 👥 REGISTERED GUESTS Only the number of guests specified in the rental agreement may stay at the villa. Any additional guests must be approved by the Landlord or Representative. Unauthorized guests will incur a charge of USD 300 per person per night or may be asked to vacate the property immediately. All additional guests must be reported to the Landlord immediately. 🎉 EVENTS, PARTIES & WEDDINGS Events or weddings exceeding the number of registered guests must be approved in advance. Event Fee: USD 1,500 Security Deposit for Events: USD 6,000 (cash on-site). Up to USD 350 will be deducted for cleaning before refund. All events must be managed by a professional planner. An event plan must be submitted at least 1 month prior for approval. 🐾 PETS Pets are not permitted anywhere on the villa property. 💰 SECURITY DEPOSIT A USD 1,000 deposit is required upon check-in. If paid via bank transfer, it will be refunded within 14 days after check-out. If paid in cash, it will be returned immediately after inspection. Deductions may apply for damages or breakages. If damages exceed the deposit, the guest remains liable for full repair costs. 👩‍💼 STAFF & SERVICES 2 villa staff on duty daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Additional services (babysitting, chauffeur, etc.) available upon request and subject to availability. Staff are not responsible for supervising minors. Guests must allow reasonable access for staff, pool technicians, and gardeners to perform their duties. 🪑 FURNITURE Indoor furniture must remain inside the villa. Only outdoor-designated furniture may be used outside. 🚭 SMOKING POLICY Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas. Ashtrays will be provided upon request. 🧰 MAINTENANCE & COMPLAINTS The villa management cannot be held responsible for interruptions to utilities (water, power, internet), natural events, or equipment failure. Management will make every effort to resolve any issues promptly. Complaints must be reported immediately in writing to the villa manager. Guests acknowledge that local infrastructure may differ from urban standards. 🧭 CONDUCT & BEHAVIOR Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, neighbors, and the property. Any guest acting inappropriately may be asked to vacate the villa immediately without refund. The Landlord or Representative reserves the right to access the property at any time. ⚖️ SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY & LEGAL COMPLIANCE Illegal activities or possession/use of prohibited substances are strictly forbidden. Offenders will be reported to local authorities immediately. For safety and respect to staff and guests, outside visitors (male or female) are not permitted at the villa without prior authorization.
