The kitchen is fully equipped with a large island, oven, stove, dishwasher, and cooking essentials, while the living room offers a smart TV and cozy sofa for relaxing. Both bedrooms include comfortable bedding and wardrobe space, with two bathrooms featuring walk-in showers. You’ll also find plenty of nearby restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and local markets. Explore Terminal 21 Pattaya, Naklua seafood restaurants, and beachfront cafés, all just a short drive away. Whether you’re looking for beach days, great food, or shopping, everything is easily accessible from this location. The Vibe This home offers a modern, comfortable retreat close to the beach, combining privacy, space, and convenience. It’s ideal for families, couples, or travelers who want a relaxed place to stay while still being close to Pattaya’s best spots. Spend your day exploring the city or relaxing at the beach, then come back to enjoy a BBQ dinner on the patio or unwind in the comfort of your private home. The whole place is yours! I am usually available from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM. As I live nearby, feel free to reach out if you need any help 🛏️ House Rules & Amenities For stays over 3 nights, we may schedule a light clean. For stays 5 nights or longer, a full clean with linen change will be provided. We will send a reminder at 6:00 PM the day before, and a full reset is always completed on check-out day. Included During Your Stay • Electricity: 35 units/day are included. Usage above this will be charged at 7 THB per unit. Meter photos will be shared at check-in and check-out for full transparency. • Water: Free of charge • Cleaning, linens, and towels: Refreshed every 5 days 🐾 Pet Policy Pets are welcome. A pet fee of 1,000 THB per animal per stay applies. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet so we can prepare accordingly. 🚫 What’s Not Allowed • No smoking inside (Outside only) • Do not flush toilet paper — please use the bin provided in the bathroom • No durian, drugs, or illegal substances • Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM ⚠️ Please note: If any of the above rules are violated, a fine of up to 20,000 THB may be applied to cover damages, special cleaning, or disruptions to other guests. ⏰ Check-In / Check-Out • Check-in: From 3:00 PM • Check-out: By 12:00 PM Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability (additional fee may apply). 👥 Guest Limit Maximum occupancy is 5 guests. 💳 Security Deposit No general security deposit is required.
