Located on the 2nd floor, the 44 sqm unit features the largest balcony in the complex and complete with a 3-seater swing, patio umbrella, and natural wooden decking surrounded by greenery. Inside, you’ll find a bright, cozy living space, a Smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi (1000/500 Mbps) for easy streaming or remote work. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, and all the essentials for home-style comfort. 🛏️ House Rules & Amenities Included During Your Stay: - Electricity: 35 units/day are free. Usage above that will be charged at 7 THB per unit. I’ll send meter photos at check-in and check-out to keep everything transparent. - Water: Free of charge. - 5–7 nights: 1 cleaning included / 8+ nights: Cleaning every 4 days - Pool & Gym: 2nd floor 🚫 What’s Not Allowed: - No pets - No smoking inside (okay on the balcony) - Do not flush toilet paper. Please use the bin provided in the bathroom. - No durian, drugs, or illegal substances - Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM ⚠️ Please note: If any of the above rules are violated, a fine of up to 20,000 THB may be applied to cover damages, special cleaning, or disruptions to other guests. ⏰ Check-In / Check-Out - Check-in: From 3:00 PM - Check-out: By 12:00 PM **Early check-in / late check-out may be possible depending on availability (extra fee may apply). 👥 Guest Limit Maximum occupancy is 2 people. 💳 Security Deposit No deposit needed.
