Usage above that will be charged at 7 THB per unit. I’ll send meter photos at check-in and check-out to keep everything transparent. - Water: Free of charge. - 5–7 nights: 1 cleaning included / 8+ nights: Cleaning every 4 days 🚫 What’s Not Allowed: - No pets - No smoking inside (okay on the balcony) - Do not flush toilet paper.
