House Essentials • We welcome you with one fresh bath towel and one pool towel per guest • Our pre-arrival and check-out cleaning service ensures the villa is pristine for your arrival and ready for the next guests CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES • Check-in: From 3:00 PM (come in anytime after!) • Check-out: By 12:00 PM (let us know if you need more time) • Early check-in or late check-out is available based on availability—just reach out and we'll do our best to help! UTILITIES & COMPLIMENTARY PERKS • Electricity: 20 units/day included (THB 7 per extra unit) • Water: Completely free of charge • High-speed Wi-Fi: Enjoy unlimited connectivity • Complimentary housekeeping every third day to keep your space fresh • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees • Damage policy: We trust our guests! No deposit required, though any damages will be charged at repair/replacement cost HOUSE RULES 🚫 Pets—Not allowed (keep our villa pet-free!) 🚫 Smoking – Outdoors only. Indoor smoking will incur a 10,000 THB cleaning fine 🚫 Durian, drugs, or narcotics—strictly prohibited 🚫 Quiet Hours – 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (be considerate of other guests) 🏠 Passport Required – All guests must provide a passport at check-in for TM30 registration, as required by Thai law VILLA CARE • Pool maintenance: Tuesday and Friday at 10 AM - 12 PM • Gardening: Twice a month, we will inform you in advance if the gardener will be coming during your stay.
