Lakewood Hills is a quiet and exclusive development of 19 villas nestled in the hills above Laguna. Spacious and well laid out the villas offer the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. With a colonial feel our villa offers the perfect combination of indoor and outdoor space to meet the needs of all guests. Whether you want to swim laps and relax afterwards at the pool sala, or sit on the terrace watching the birds fly by or the comings and goings of the valley below, the choice is yours. While there are plenty of car and taxi services in the area we do recommend you rent a car. We can introduce you to some regular contacts that we use if you need. HOUSE RULES • No pets are allowed to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests. • Smoking is permitted outside only – no indoor smoking allowed. • Durian, drugs, and narcotics are strictly prohibited on the property. • Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment. • Pool and garden maintenance is scheduled twice per week to keep the villa in top condition. • Each guest receives one bath towel and one pool towel. Weekly cleaning and linen changes are included; additional services are available for a small fee. • The cleaning fee covers only pre-arrival and departure cleaning.
